Friendly, helpful and honest. Took old car in part exchange for a fair price. Encountered a minor issue while out on test drive which was put right before we paid. Really happy with new car so far, would definitely recommend and use again.

Bought a used car. First told us that it was a low price because it was a part exchange car they wanted a quick turn around of. Then told us they had no history on it because it was actually a repossessed car.When asked about the cracks and damage to the front bumper, and scratches and debts to one side.. told us it was just a slight bump and was only cosmetic. Said their mechanic had checked it over and the tensioner near the damaged bumper might need changing but that this would be a cheap and easy job. Told us that it had not been in any accidents and was fully mechanically sound having been thoroughly checked by their mechanic.Also, asked about the sun roof not working and they said it just needed greasing up and it worked fine. And the reversing camera worked he said but was dirty and needed opening up to clean the lens.Also asked about the brake discs looking very rusted and he took us around other cars on his lot to show that they all looked like that after just a few days parked up.Test drive was fine so we bought it and took it to our mechanic to get the repairs done.SIX WEEKS LATER we now have the car back. The cosmetic bump" to the front had broken all the clips off both parts of the front bumper.. Which they found completely held in place with cable ties!The car was shunted so badly that everything all the way back to the b bar was contorted and twisted and had to be re-jigged to get them back straight.The brakes were all 10 year old originals

Absolutely fantastic service, really and honestly. I'm 28 and have owned over 10 cars. All I will say is with Bruce there is NO bs with this guy. I PXed my car with him, simple to do even though I'd lost the logbook. The mondeo titanium x I bought did have a small knock when braking, bruce was quick to rectify the issue with a brand new set of disks and pads, no more unwanted noises. I bought during the lockdown, we kept to the social distancing and Bruce was very professional in keeping distance without making a point of it. He made me feel VERY at ease buying the car. I got the car for a GREAT price too. After doing 300 miles in the car I'm extremely happy. For once I can say to anyone reading. You CAN trust this car dealer. 100/10

To travel 165 miles to look at a vehicle you want no nasty surprises. Bruce at RCS gained my trust. He had time for my questions, offered a WhatsApp video call of the vehicle, and even told me of a button not working in advance. I knew the car before getting to the car. Some sellers act friendly. Bruce becomes a friend. I recommend RCS 100%. Wish there were more good sellers like this chap to give the trade a good name.Thank you Bruce and RCS for a hassle free positiveexperience. Hi I'm not one to put reviews up as it's a little time consuming. But after purchasing a car for myself and then coming back to this garage to purchase another car for my daughters first car. I can say this garage is a lovely family run business that actually listen to your needs and sells you cars that you want unlike other garages who try to hit sales targets.
