I would rate this estate agency a minus if it were possible.I am a tenant and have been managed by Ali at the agency. I have often been left in dangerous situations where gas and electric have been cut off, with bust pipes touching live wires.In the state of emergency I have sent many videos which would not be viewed until days later and the explanations given were ridiculous. I was told by Ail that ‘I was not the only tenant’.I have called many times to make official complaints but they do not have a complaints procedure.It is a cowboy outfit, truly managed by unfit professionals. The agency defames the reputable estate agents out there.I would recommend not to engage with this agency especially Ali, as the lack of professionalism and basic humanity when dealing with tenants is non existent.

The best estate agent I have dealt with so far they Ali had worked with me and helped me get the house to let he’s been very helpful Honest and clear about everything I could not ask for any more. My property is fully managed by them and I have had nothing to worry about.Will be recommending to everyone.

I've viewed a few properties with Manny Klarico, however I'm always disappointed at the sales rep who shows you around the house, they don't know the answers to basic questions about the house, it's I'm just here to show you around" or "you'll have to call and ask for more details" the whole point of showing potential buyers around is to also answer their questions. Sometimes they leave you to walk by yourself throughout the house while they're on their phone. Sorry but this is just an honest review and it doesn't give buyers any confident."
