Had a new boiler installed, really good price, the guys got the job finished early and left the kitchen nice and today. The boiler did overheat and shutdown a few hours later but JB were really apologetic and have arranged for an engineer to come out asap. I would recommend JB Heating.

Booked in for a boiler service. Despite initial issues with the time of my booking the man did arrive at the time my appointment was changed too. (I booked a morning appointment but they called to change it to an afternoon appointment so they could be more efficient). He carried out the work quickly and to a high standard. He found an issue with the expansion vessel and said this could be fixed the following week and it was. Again the service on the second visit was fast and efficient. He cleaned up after himself on both visits and put everything back together (he had to dismantle part of the fitted wardrobe to get to the boiler). There was no mess. He brought all of his own tools (which was perfect as were moving house all of our own tools were packed away) and asked for anything extra he needed (old towels to avoid water spillage). Highly recommend and would defo use them again

Had a few issues during the job but everything was sorted out and all in all a good job done and I now have heating and hot water again. The young lad was punctual, polite, hard working and cleaned up after himself very well. I would recommend and use again.

I had an issue with poor pressure in my shower that had rumbled on for some time but i wasn't able to resolve it. I contacted JB Heating and they indicated it could be a faulty pressure valve in my tank, they sourced the part in one day and fitted it the next day and it has resolved the issue. Great service and a reasonable price.

It took 3 attempts to diagnose and repair to continued loss of pressure to our boiler. While it was frustrating, we must say JB Heating stuck with it and resolved the problem. In addition, not only was the engineer very polite and courteous, the admin back at the office keep us fully informed each time from booking the appointments to confirming the time of the engineer’s arrival, as well as responding with further updates.Very satisfied customersDeb and Mark Hopkins

I used J B Heating Services for my boiler service and have used them several times in the past. They were running late (which has never happened before) but the owner, John, phoned to apologise and offered to reschedule. I was kept up to date of new times. Once the engineer was on his way, you get a text where you can see how far away they are. Costing was made very transparent via email prior to service. The engineer (Jordon) was polite and professional. I asked for advice about a new boiler and Jordon explained he'd get his boss to phone. John did phone the next morning and gave honest advice with no pressure selling whatsoever.
