I ordered the vegetarian breakfast and the non vegetarian breakfast arrived after around 20mins. The girl that served the breakfast was unapologetic and the girl that took the order told me I didn't order the vegetarian option. Very loud and confrontational conversation. Very unpleasant experience. No apology given. Also I know I was correct. I took the menu and pointed to what I was ordering as well as saying what I wanted. It's unfortunate as I know the food here is highly recommended but the service on this particular Sunday was awful. An acceptance of their mistake and an apology would have made such a difference.

we have been going here for many years. the food is excellent and it's a nice relaxing cafe. however, on this occasion when asked if could have our tea brought to the table with our food order, were advised it was company policy that you had to take your drinks at the counter. so option is cold stewed tea with hot food or cold food standing back in the queue to order the tea when the food arrives. what a ridiculous policy. we won't be back

What a lovely cafe.Had a Cappuccino and it was really tasty, atmosphere is cosy and warm. I would certainly recommend it

Very friendly and clean cafe. The location of the cafe is great, the coffee, cake and sandwiches were also great. I highly recommend it ❤️

A good friend who I was meeting recommended it as a place to meet. The girl working was so lovely and made the best Hot Chocolate I've had in years aswell as making my friend a lovely milkshake.absotely wonderful!Wish I could have a tab though so I can make sure to pay rather than standing awkwardly awaiting for my Friend to order so I can pay..But this place is geniully amazing

Great French toast with bacon and maple. Staff were incredibly friendly. Treated myself to breakfast alone and it did not disappoint, my partner cannot wait to join next time

Very friendly and clean cafe. Coffee and snacks were also great. Spent some time here as I was early for a meeting, and at no time did I feel I had overstayed my welcome.

Go here quite a lot for a wee cuppa. They do an amazing hot chocolate. Got a Terry’s Chocolate orange hot chocolate the other day which is to die for. Staff are friendly, it’s cosy it’s clean and it’s awesome.
