I had massage with Thai Herbs before and thought they were really good. My hubby bought me two gift vouchers for my birthday, I was really looking forward for the massage. However I had a bad experience today. I booked an appointment at 2pm and arrived on time but the receptionist was questioning about my voucher, something about why the voucher only had expired date without an issued date. Then she spent a few minutes to study the voucher and checked her phone. I was totally confused, does it matter whether they have an issue date if the voucher is authentic? After all it's them issued the voucher not me. Eventually she let me get on with my massage. Amy,the massage lady, is really good. She gave me a couple minutes to change, then she just get on with it. She was brilliant. But about 2.45pm, the reception lady started shouting over the door in a language I don't understand. Then Amy told me no time and she had to wrap up quickly. So my massage was finished at 2.50pm. So I had about 45mins of massage instead of an hour. I feel robbed. I was really looking forward to it. I hope when I use my next voucher that horrible receptionist is not there.

Value for money!!! As a new mum, very much enjoyed my deep tissue massage session with Vicky!! The team requested me to fill a form to assess my pain points and medical history…and used this knowledge & their experienced hands to get the job done!! I’m definitely coming back!

The masseuse on Sunday is not good(Ming). She has no clue about proper massage, just rubs oil on you. Not worth your money or time. She was pretty rude when I told her to stop overdoing the strokes on the same region and move on. She told me to reduce my 1.5hr to 1 hour and returned the money.On the other hand, Vicky and Connie working on other days are excellent in their work. They do a proper massage and you do feel lot better after the massage.This Ming lady spoilt my time and money!Don't go for the Sunday appointments, if you are looking for a good massage.
