I come here quite often because they have a surprisingly extensive K-Pop selection! However, we also went for the recent Maisie Peters Meet and Greet, and I was really impressed with how well the event was organised and how kind all the staff were! Would 100% recommend this hmv, especially for those looking for something slightly more obscure or for their meet and greet events

Great selection of vinyl, CDs, DVDs & Blu-rays. Includes box-set vinyls and limited editions. I love the dedicated K-pop section, it has stuff that is hard to find in other stores.

Attended the Lauren Spencer Smith set. Great intimate venue. Friendly, caring and helpful staff. More than helpful when my daughter wasn't too and offered her water. Only down side when the signing started, there was no organisation/system with a queue. We didn't move for ages with plenty of queue jumping. The retail side is brilliant, a massive range of music, equipment films, and collectables. A great place in general.

Was great being in here with my partner the other day. We picked up the Legendary Birds t-shirts for myself, my partner and our daughter. Massive range of stock from Vinyl to Clothing and I'm sure they had a K-pop live show on when I went in.

Nice store massive inside and tidy. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the location is a bit out of the way from everything else I go too. As would usually go to the bullring store but was closed. So only been to this store twice now. Staff were nice and friendly.

I Love this store and honestly I love it that much that I could spend hours in here because it is that good. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and you can have a really nice chat to them. They have a great selection of everything that you could want and their prices are really reasonable and when they are on Sale it gets even better and your money is worth spending here. Everytime I shop here I have never had an Issue. Plus, everytime I come Here I am always super Excited.

Huge HMV Store, I went there to buy some CDs ( great choice! I found CDs unavailable in other countries like Italy or Germany ) and found also some more stuff I liked and got already some Christmas presents. Very friendly and helpful Staff, good prices. I will come back!

Great DVD/Blu-ray store. As far as I've seen they also have a huge record collection and also sell players with hdmi/usb/bluetooth audio out.

Great music store. And the event we had here last Sunday was amazing. James Bay and his new album, everything was nice organised and we could enjoy the event.
