Chimichanga

Initially the table wasn't ready for our pre booked time, but waiters made up for it with their attentiveness. My major gripe was when I asked for the draught beer on the menu. But the head waiter said that this branch doesn't sell it?. But it's also advertised on the branch website! Work that one out... But the food was good. Service was a bit slow at the end but it was on a Saturday night. All in all we enjoyed it.

Good atmosphere, good food, fair service.As for the atmosphere, the restaurant handles large crowds well. I felt like I could still have a conversation and hear my friend speaking, even with the noise coming from all the other customers at peak hours. So, we could still have a relatively private conversation.Pleasantly surprised by how fair the prices were on the menu for what you get on the plate. Then I saw the bizarre VAT charge on the receipt, which was something like 20%, a dirty trick by the restaurant. Though, they can't be blamed because every other restaurant also gets away with it.One of the waiters clearly tried his best to make us feel welcome, he was very courteous and professional. However, this was counterbalanced by a waitress who arrogantly ignored my friend and I's calls for the bill and other things​, multiple times.

Very slow service,waited up to 25minutes for our main to arrive,only 10 to 15 people in the place at the time! The chilli con carne was very thinly layered over the rice, lumps of chillies were so big you could choke on them, my eldest dish arrived with stuff on that she didnt order,and the waitress was very vague about the menu and would have been more use outside the restaurant,won't be going back anytime soon!

What a disappointment! The burrito was bland, even though it had a lot of chicken in it, but also bland. Only flavour came from the chipotle sauce and guacamole. The chicken breast dish my mother couldn’t eat was actually chicken on the bone - apparently the menu was ‘wrong’. The chicken tasted bitter because of the charcoal on the outside of it, the black beans were tasteless and the rice had too much lime in it to taste good. What an absolute waste of money!When I tried to give the gentleman some feedback he just said that was the recipe and my ‘opinion’. Having just spent 13 years living in Florida, I do know what Mexican food should taste like, so I pointed out it was my experience, not my opinion. I love Mexican food, but this is one restaurant I will NEVER go back to. The fact that they argued with me and were not able to take constructive criticism on board (and I am not a rude person but do like to give feedback when warranted, negative and/or positive), just proves that at least those two dishes will continue to be cooked with little to no seasoning at all! The reason I am not giving them 0 stars is because he had the decency to not charge for the chicken meal.

Cocktails were good. Food were good. Service was appalling. From the moment we entered, the restaurant the manager (what we assumed to be the manager) was immediately like “no no no no no more space” without even asking if we have reservation ,which we have. That was rude. Then after we ordered, we waited for an hour (not exaggerating) only for the manager to tell us that they ran out of steak, so the other people in our table ordered a different meal, he then told us he wasn’t sure if they have that also, so he said he would come back and check.. he didn’t come back, so I had to call a waiter and tell him that we have been waiting for an hour and that the manager has not come back to confirm anything. Anyways.. all in all food and drinks were good, we were just very disappointed on the service.. the birthday girl (my friend) wasn’t able to eat the steak she wanted for her birthday lol

A good chain with great food. Pricey for what you get but it is delicious. Good choice of drinks and cocktails.

Great atmosphere, food was lovely. They were happy to remove any hot sauces from my food, in this were very flexible which is fantastic as I cannot tolerate hot spices. Wine was quite expensive but to be expected in this kind of restaurant.

Only one problem here and it's where they allow the smokers to stand right at the entrance so upon entry AND exit you get copious amounts blown directly in your mouth by the inconsiderates. As a non-smoker the after dinner toke is not a habit I wish to share. It was extremely bad, be warned.But the restaurant itself was a different story.Service was superb. Staff very polite and served with a smile which makes a pleasant change. Atmosphere was wonderfully lively.The food was delicious. Served in good time considering how busy it was, and didn't mean the food lost any quality. looked great and tasted even better. Prices were more than reasonable.Barring the problem with the smokers, I would highly recommend a visit or few!

Lovely restaurant.. good waiting times. The food is very delicious and very filling. You definitely get enough for your money. Will be coming again.

It filled me up is the only positive comment I can say and it did that at too higher cost at too low quality. The bottled beer was not cold but that's ok because the glass was iced, so why chill the beer? The food took a long time to be served even though the restaurant was quiet and the service was not friendly enough.
