Wanted to do click and collect a few times, but I've been put off as I just don't know where its done? online seems to think it's possible at this store. I asked a member of staff who said yes we do, but for the life of me I can't see where this is done. I haven't gone through the outside area with a fine tooth comb, but it doesn't seem obvious? Where's the signage? If I knew where to go, id definitely do this weekly, at this store. Instead I go to tesco. Also the trolley situation, be good to have a trolley for a newborn and toddler. Instead they have a twin baby trolley or a toddler trolley. Not one for each age, if this is possible would be so handy!

It is very good, because there are various products to buy and order. Also, it has got 3 hours of free parking and petrol station.

A good large store with easy access & plenty of parking (3 hours free). The cafe is large but if you're visiting at peak times don't expect to be served quickly. Service is v slow.Argos is now up and running and should prove to be a good partnership for all parties.

The quality of fresh veg and fruit has deteriorated significantly this year. It's either taking too long to reach the store or being stored incorrectly from store room to shop floor.The availability of fresh fruit and veg remains an issue particularly in the early days of the week.

A clean, well presented supermarket. Good range of produce, good selection of women's clothes...mens still bit limited and dated. Fresh produce is good and handy for the Argos that is contained within. Prices better than Co-op but not as cheap as Tesco. Be aware of beggars in the car park wanting to return your trolley, they have been known to be quite forceful with the more elderly customers, I had to intervene on one occasion.

This afternoon, one of the male self checkout staff was unbelievably rude. I asked him for help more than once and he deliberately ignored me and helped others. I had to walk to another section to get someone else out help. He wasn’t busy to not help me. He even looked at me as I left so I know it was on purpose. Just because it’s multi cultural staff, doesn’t mean they can’t still be racially discriminating against others different to them. Disgusting. They need manners and training. Sort out the ramp!!

Escalator has been broken for 8 months, difficult to shop there if you have a disability. Have to queue up for a unsanitary lift.Customer toilets are dirty and look like they're never cleaned.
