Very welcoming, professional and polite team. The Dentist I’ve been seeing, Jasel Patel is brilliant, explains all treatments and procedures clearly and completely puts you at ease.

My son has an appointment for a tooth removal. The appointment was on time and the receptionist was officiant and nice. Once in the surgery the dentist and nurse could not have been nicer. Professional, calming and friendly. They did a fantastic job of calming my son's nerves. The actually extraction went smoothly, due to the dentist taking his time, talking to my son and being very thorough. It's experiences like this that can't lead to a child being terrified, and they did a wonderful job of giving him confidence in them. Thank you.

Been with this dentist for a few years now. I've never had a problem & have always been able to get an appointment. You might have to wait a bit at the moment though as since covid they are still catching up. I would highly recommend J, very friendly and thorough

A caring and friendly dental practice that provides an SMS text message and email reminder service. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The dentists provide quality treatment that I describe as five star which ensures my comfort and wellbeing. The dentist who filled my rear molar today was Mr Davood Rezaie Dastjerdi did a wonderful job and I didn't feel any pain. In fact, I would say Keats House is the best dentist practice in Harlow.

Fantastic dentist. Jasel Patel was great, I’ve previously been very nervous of the dentist but Jasel is brilliant at making you feel relaxed. Definitely glad I have him as my dentist. His assistant is great too. I had 3 fillings and didn’t feel a thing. If you are nervous of the dentist then I highly recommend going here.The reception team are very nice and make you feel at ease from the start. Nice, clean friendly environment.

Excellent treatment as usual from Dr Rezaie, puts you at ease and the hygienist, Ingride is very thorough and professional. Reception staff are friendly and now deal with you efficiently. The waiting room could benefit from a refurb as it hasn't changed much in the good few years I've been a patient there perhaps more importantly the treatment rooms are up to date. The practice offers the full range of dental and cosmetic treatments which I'm happy about.
