Lady very rude and abrupt with my sister who had had the same customer service on a previous visit but had bitten her tongue because we all have a bad day. Not today though there is just no need to b so rude . I was so annoyed as my sister will help anyone she can and just doesn't deserve to be spoken down to . Won't b shopping there again.

Very good selection of clothing. Great for occasional all outfits.Good choice of colours. Very well laid out shop.Staff very attentive without being pushy.

I feel its becoming old fashioned.

I've never been in Roman for myself as I feel the clothes are suited to those slighley older then myself. I went in with my mam as we were looking for a wedding jacket.There was a few perfect ones and she ended up finding one she liked. This was all thanks to the 2 staff members at the Sunderland store on 8th May 2021. They could not have been more attentive and helpful if they tried. There attitude and customer service was amazing and they went above and beyond to try to help. It was like having a personal shopper. Absolutly excellent staff who made the experience enjoyable when people are stressed looking for some thing. I hope they are recognised for this as they deserve it x

This shop is a small outlet in Sunderland Bridges Centre selling fashionably inexpensive ladies up to date clothing, dresses skirts suits trousers tops n evening wear in most sizes and to suit most tastes.

I wanted a Roman dress that I had purchased using Roman amazon store to be swapped with one in store. I did not have a return label either from Roman packaging with the invoice.The store I took it to told me to contact Amazon to get a return label and they could not swap it in store .I am still confused as the bag was dropped by Roman del and not Amazon. I hope Roman can make it an easier return process via Amazon.
