A fall, heavily, on my posterior with subsequent bruising and pain motivated me to contact Sarah. At our first meeting, quickly arranged, she delved a little deeper into my concerns about mobility and fitness. She convinced me that I should consider a series of exercises that she would recommend and the first of three massages ensued. Four weeks later I am virtually pain-free and well on the way to greater flexibility and movement. I cannot recommend her more highly to anyone of any age (let alone at 84 as I am) who is likely to benefit from her experience and knowledge in helping maintain movement.

I had a session to target my Migraines and back pain with Sarah, so she created a tailored programme for me in a friendly and relaxed environment. Very knowledgeable and works with the client to hit the areas causing the problem. Would definitely recommend.

I went to see Sarah after suffering from lower back pain for over a year, having previously seen a chiropractor with no improvement. I needed a few sessions with Sarah but even after the first session I felt a big improvement. I'm now lifting weights to help strengthen my back and hope to get back to running soon.

I had lots of pain and mobility issues in my shoulder. Sarah assessed my problem and treated it with a range of massage and exercises that she advised for me to do at home. The pain in my shoulder has now reduced considerably for which I am really grateful to Sarah.

I was having physio treatment for a shoulder injury when I was also recommended to Sarah for soft tissue massage therapy. I’ve had 4-5 treatments for various aches and pains (shoulder, hamstrings, glutes) - Sarah is always very thorough at the consultation stage and keen to find an approach that meets my needs, sometimes this is massage work which is focussed on particular areas of tightness or pain and sometimes it’s a more general body massage. She has great technique and a lot of knowledge, I particularly like the hot stone therapy and deep tissue massage which are amazing! I can highly recommend her as a massage therapist who really knows what she’s doing and how to help her clients through individual, bespoke treatments.

Sarah offers a fantastic service and she made me very comfortable when I was apprehensive starting out. As a direct result of seeing her I have much greater mobility and flexibility in areas that had previously suffered injuries, enabling me to gain much greater progress in getting fitter and healthier once again by resuming gym work with minimal issues. I have also had greatly reduced levels of pain in my shoulder and hip. Both of these had long standing injuries that I did not think were readily solvable. Overall I am very happy and would not hesitate to recommend her.

Sarah gave me a great massage… concentrating on those tight stressed areas in shoulders, neck and hips.. Felt so much better fm that eve and shoulder problems have greatly reduced… Definitely going to be booking another one and have no doubt these will turn into a regular visit. Thanks Sarah. !
