Dry aged ribeye was wonderful! Naturally full of flavor with hints of umami from the aging process. Couple with their Great Cow rub to release even more flavors.Look forward to visiting again soon and will update with other meats and sausages I try here. The butchers were friendly to assist and explain the cuts. Located in the lower ground floor of Greensmiths Grocery.

High quality meat well prepared.The smoked bacon is wonderful, the sausages are intimidatingly meaty and the broad selection of roast and braising cuts is fantastic.
