First class service and physio. I felt completely comfortable and Gaffhar took time to understand my health conditions and concerns.After initial assessment, Gaffhar treated me and I left in a much better state then when I walked in. He also gave me guidance for ongoing care. Wish I had gone much sooner!

I’m so grateful of Ghaffar. I’m only 17 and he helped me get over the pain in my arm which was numb due to neck pain. I couldn’t feel my arm at night but now I’m perfectly fine.! Just in 7 days I was fully recovered. Such a friendly and humorous man. Never felt this comfortable with a doctor. I totally recommend this fabulous Physiotherapist to anyone who needs the best and fast recovery.

The treatments I have had has be excellent.He knows what he is doing and very polite.My arm is now pain free in just a few sessions. I have be in pain for a long time.

I found Anstey Physio Stirixis via a Google search and decided to book an appointment to treat a painful hip injury following a heavy fall whilst playing Walking Football. I'm so glad I did, even after the that initial session I came out walking on air! Ghaffar is a very experienced and expert physiotherapist with a very easy going manner that puts you at ease from the moment you meet him. He identified the issue immediately and treated me with TENS, Ultrasound and massage onto the injured area. I only had to attend twice as the improvement in my pain was quick and way more effective than I expected. I'm now fit to play again... and Ghaffar would definitely be the first person I call should I sustain any further injury. Thoroughly recommended.

Excellent treatment I went for 6 sessions after breaking my wrist and feeling very low, not sure of what exercises to do. Gaffhar was friendly and easy to talk to. After session 6 I left a lot happier and with a lot more movement in my wrist. Thanks for the wonderful care and support you gave me. I would definitely recommend his services.
