SuperBike Factory West Yorkshire - Bradford

Don't buy, bought a aprilia rsv4 got it home and with 1 mile engine light came on, if you press option 2, (if you've just purchased a bike you can't get through to anyone and you have to email). No customer service at all. I've called 7 times and they won't pick the bike back up or even fix it, been told 4 times someone from customer service will call me and hasn't.

I picked my new bike up today an mt09 beautiful bike. I was directed to Adam Shields who was an absolute pleasure to deal with for the change over what an asset for super bike factory if I had my own business I would of offered him a job polite helpful couldn't do enough for me had a chat with my mates and showed them round a few bikes was an absolutely fantastic experience. I originally ordered the bike over the phone from a chap called kris and again an all round pleasant experience very helpful answered all my questions thoroughly communication was excellent I will definitely be recommending the super bike factory at Bradford to anyone to Adam and kris that I come across. 10/10

Happy (NX21) CBR 650 R OwnerI purchased a motorcycle from them 4-5 months ago through finance, and I must say, despite some struggles, it's been one of the smoothest experiences of my life with a dealer.I was simply curious about getting a financed bike, and while at work, I came across this company. In about 15-30 minutes, everything was sorted out – and I mean everything. From finding the right bike at the right deal to getting pre-approved for financing and then fully approved by phone within the next 5 minutes, the experience was amazing. I went there the next day to pick it up. The bike was in shiny and safe condition, freshly serviced, and came with features that weren't even mentioned in the description or the price, like a full camera system (front and rear) with GPS, a motion detector, a converter, and included storage.Just today, I called them back to ask something about another GPS tracker on my bike, and they sorted everything out in the next 10 minutes. Their service is top-notch! Thank you guys for the professional experience and the shiny bike that I enjoy every day!

Excellent choice of bikes, and plenty of room around the bikes so you can actually get on them to feel the weight, seat height, and position of the pegs. Friendly staff, and happy to grab you the keys to check/start up a bike you like the look of. Nice selection of clothing and helmets in store now too.

10 year old tyres , not been serviced , lost keys , lost service book ,battery was flat on pick up , no fuel in the bike was scared to turn it off at the fuel station (and it didn't start back up) had to get a jump start off another motorist.didn't want to touch my complaints about the issues I had.Be sure that the bike you view online has the same extras fitted when you view in person. They will remove the nice bits and swap them out for cheap Chinese parts.Avoid ,Use a reputable seller it may be slightly more money but at least the bike will have been checked and be right from the start.

There is nothing wrong with the location, the staff, or the stock of bikes. My issue is a weird one, they didn't want my bike, in part-ex. So I couldn't buy the one they had. My bike is gorgeous and in very good condition. It was to be a cash deal on an expensive bike. Just seems a bit short-sighted to miss a sale and refuse a bike that you could turn a profit on.

The bike I bought from here was lovely and I am happy with it however the service I received was terrible. I ordered a tracker to be fitted on the bike, even called to confirm it was fitted and yet when I got there after a 5 hour drive it wasn’t. To add insult to injury they passed my details to the tracker company who then kept calling me to activate it. After explaining what had happened the tracking company asked if I would still like one and quoted me £100 less that Superbike factory charged.

Varied choice of bikes , not as much choice as Donnington as Bradford is a much smaller shop. Bikes looked cleaner than those at DP. Small selection of clothing and accessories.
