I'm pleasantly surprised that there are honest people around. Collby is one of them. He is a true professional and should be an example of how the other agencies should do their work. I've received everything that was promised, after I left the property and I didn't expect that. Thanks for the professional service!

DO NOT RENT WITH NOWROOMS!! Not safe for women living alone!! Multiple times now they have breached their own tenancy agreement by allowing access to into my room with no notice or warning. I’ve had contractors walk in while I was in bed naked sleeping, they’ve been out to “fix” my shower 5 times and it keeps breaking because they employ cheap workers that can’t fix problems, I’ve had problems with mice, constantly sending people to my room with no notice, they put my rent up and gave me NO notice of this too! Today I’ve been out for a few hours, just to come home to my door open, closed over (I shut it when I left) and have had stuff moved around in my bathroom, I have had private things out and someone has been in my room and in my bathroom, no notice no call no message nothing, they broke into my room, I’m in the process of checking if anything has been stolen. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE in my room, I feel like anyone can walk in at any time. I’ve decided to take the case to the police as it has happened multiple times.

The lettings process was excellent. Streamlined the entire process from my initial enquiry to signing the tenancy agreement took just a few days. The online process meant as a busy professional I could get everything done with minimal disruption. Staff are helpful and friendly.

From viewing to processing to moving in, it was so easy and it was fast. The staff were very nice and great on addressing my concerns. Special thanks to Collby for the smooth process.

I personally am not the sort of person to make reviews on places but I feel like I need to put a review about the whole experience. I only reviewed it a two stars because you are only pretty much paying what you are getting for.My mental health suffered majorly throughout the tenancy and this was communicated with the staff with how pests such as rats and mice were roaming round the house. You could hear the pests within the walls that created such anxiety.At all times it was us that was made to feel to blame for this because “food was left out” or “bins weren’t emptied”- pests come into the house regardless, because they like the warmth. I tidied our kitchen facilities regularly. There were a number of holes within our walls that were not covered where pests would come through all which were sent to the agency and the only thing done was they put rat catchers in place. A tenant at the time had a leak in their shower and this was only rectified by painting up the the ceiling below which did no help. It really is like they couldn’t be bothered and do not feel they are keeping their end of the bargain here.It’s very disappointing that upon looking at the reviews on here, they mention that they rectify issues straight away, but really they don’t- so it’s really a lose-lose situation.I just don’t want any other tenant to make the same mistake and feel much better now, now that I have left.

Been living with NowRooms since May this year and intend to for the foreseeable future. Great group of property agents, always available through multiple channels of communication phone, Arthur app and also direct emails. Joe who is my property manager has always been available to answer to any issues. The property itself has all that’s needed to live comfortably. Can’t fault and if I upgrade in the future I would more than likely remain under NowRooms.

Lovely agency, my communication with Now Rooms has always been quick and the property I have rented is great. I highly recommend these guys for students and young professionals. Big thanks to Collby who helped me secure my room in a few hours when I was I need of a new place quickly, fantastic guy.
