We advertised our westerly GK29 through boatpoint hamble in sept 2021. They recommended we put the boat up for around £17000. The boat was advertised for around a year but had very little response.While in the boatyard , we noticed a number of items went missing from the boat including the spayhood and other items. The floorboards inside were just thrown to the side. We also went down to check the boat numerous times and it was not locked up. The boat was also never cleaned. They clearly didn't give a dam about the condition of the boat while on sale.The boat was moved around the yard at deacons and was not found to not be properly supported , causing cracks to the floor. boatpoint were told that extra support was needed but clearly didn't listen.All in all I would never use a broker such as boatpoint again. All they do is take a photo then stick it online , put no effort in to selling it and hope it sells.I would strongy advise not putting your boat in this companys hands.

Our boat was sold within a month. Boatpoint kept us well informed about everything and were very helpful. Special thanks to Otto and Tim for their excellent service.
