After much investigation, quotes and frustrations I made contact with Graham who after discussion on the phone provided three quotes for consideration. He then visited the next day and carried out an in depth survey of the work to be done. Within a week the new replacement Vaillant Boiler and replacement radiator in bedroom was carried out by his superb engineer brothers Tom and Tony with efficiency and helpfulness. You need look no further than this company for excellent service, friendliness and above all a very competitive price.

Our initial enquiry for moving our 5 year old boiler was very quickly responded to. A visit to confirm the job was arranged and the cost of the work was speedily confirmed by email.The actual work was undertaken in short order and the fitters were very organised, very efficient and very tidy. Graham was so helpful on his first visit that after I saw him, I cancelled every other appointment that I had booked. He took his time to explain everything from the boiler, installation, flow rate, v smart control and the advantages over general ones like hive and Nest. Whenever his boys came around they were as nice as he was that I mistakenly thought they were related to Graham. Two brothers Tom and Tony came to do the job. They were fantastic and so helpful and I could thank them enough. They were very professional, so well informed and their job finishing was amazing and just perfect. I lost count of how many times they told me to get in touch if I never need help and that Graham is always around the corner to help.

Graham and his team did a boiler replacement for us to a combi-boiler in our loft, removal of old immersion heater and tanks and tidying of pipework. From first meeting to the actual installation Graham and his team have been amazing. They answered all our questions during the decision process. The installation took place in April 2021 and was done in 2 days, and during this time, everything was done very professionally. They made time to carefully explain how the new boiler and thermostat works. The best thing is everyone was really friendly and polite and not pushy in any way. Overall they come highly recommended.

We originally found a recommendation for Vaillant boilers on the Which website and from there found our way to Woods Taylor Ltd, as recommended plumbers/installers. And I have to say I’m very glad we found them. We never felt pressured at all to sign up, even though our decision was put on hold due to the lockdown in March. The quote from Graham was very competitive and the amount of work required to install our new boiler in the loft was both complicated and challenging. But the two engineers who turned up were extremely professional, experienced and got the job done within the two allotted days. That included the replacement of two radiators and related work on the heating system, along with providing good instructions on how to use and look after the system. The chap who turned up to install the replacement shower unit did a remarkable job. The finish was unbelievable to the point that we couldn’t tell that anyone had been working in the bathroom, apart from the gleaming new shower unit positioned where the old one used to be. We cannot thank Graham and his team enough for the quality of this work and would highly recommend them to family, friends and neighbours. We will certainly use them again for any plumbing work.

Our initial enquiry to replace an old back boiler was quickly responded to, with a visit by Graham to advise on a suitable replacement and its location.A reasonable quote was quickly confirmed by email. The work was delayed due to Covid isolations by both parties, but Graham quickly agreed new dates in January 2022, to suit us. As well as fitting the new boiler, they removed the old boiler, storage tanks in the loft and airing cupboard, and accessible redundant pipework, they even moved the CO sensor. The works were completed in 2 days by fitters who were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and tidy and took the time to explain the new boiler and thermostat, at the end of the works.I would recommend Woods Taylor and will use them again in the future.
