Wow, I was dreading this call, I have dyslexia and get myself in such a muddle with measurements. Despite being confusing and a little unsure at points, Amanda was absolutely amazing. To the point, Amanda sent me pictures to check she was sure I ordered what I needed. Cannot thank enough for taking the time to help.

A great place to get all your materials for building works. The staff are super friendly and are happy to have a laugh. The pricing is fair and far cheaper than places like B and Q. If you have an account you also benefit from further reduction in prices.

Just popped in to buy some decking. Stood at the counter like a lemon whilst some staff walked right past me, some sitting by their desks looking at me, all laughing and joking. I never rate anyone online, but walked out without been seen and just had to post this. Won't EVER go there again.

Terrible service , sold me Artifical grass which is clearly damaged and not fit for purpose and then try and fob you off saying give it time to relax. You can clearly see the grass is faulty ! Jewsons should own up and take responsibility instead of trying to fob you off by a third party company.

All the staff here are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have just got into constructing items in our business with wood and the advice has been brilliant. Special mention to small Phil and Paul who both went the extra mile to help me choose the right materials, cut it so it fitted in my car and also helped carry it to the car! Excellent.

The way a company solves a problem speaks volumes, and this one went above and beyond.There was a communication issue between the office and dispatch on the first delivery attempt, but they were so polite.It was then rectified and the delivery guy kindly brought my order in to my back garden, which was a huge help.I couldn't thank him enough.Both guys were friendly and helpful. I would definitely use Jewson in Wymondham/Cringleford again.
