Lingo Flamingo

Really enjoying this French course. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The tutor challenges you, but you don't feel too pressured or daft for not knowing the answer, or for getting things wrong, as everyone in the class learns from each other, as well as our own mistakes, and we have a good laugh! Good mix of vocabulary, grammar, everyday phrases, and fun games, all helping you to learn and practise. And what a great social enterprise, with such a worthwhile cause. I thoroughly recommend Lingo Flamingo, and look forward to each week!

Having started off Spanish learning in group at the studio with the Lingo Flamingo team I can say they've done a great job of transitioning to online learning which cant be easy!The classes are always easy to follow and the tutors never make you feel pressured. A great and relaxed way of learning

Thinking of learning a language? I can't recommend Lingo Flamingo enough - the classes are friendly and relaxed, but still push you on to learn.I've been learning French since January and our lesson has become one of the favourite parts of my week.The class is great value for money and you know you are helping to support the wider charitable programme.

I now understand all of the 5 star reviews. I've just finished my first block of Spanish classes and Im ready to do the next block. The Saturday class is a great way to start the weekend right. Rafa keeps the class engaged, motivated and he is very patient. You can laugh off your mistakes. It's stress free and completely different to learning a language at high school. I would recommend trying it out

I am doing an online Spanish class with Lingo Flamingo and it is great. The teacher is excellent, very patient and very imaginative with how he takes the class, and he makes it fun.As well as the online class Lingo also provide online exercises which include reading, listening and grammar.I would strongly recommend Lingo Flamingo to anyone wanting to learn a foreign language. I fully intend to re-book for the next semester.

Would thoroughly recommend Lingo Flamingo to anyone looking for an engaging way to learn a language. I recently finished their 'Hatchling' Spanish course with Rafa and I'm looking forward to continuing my learning with the next course!

I have now completed 2 semesters of the French classes at Lingo Flamingo and would highly recommend them! Léa is a great teacher who always makes the classes fun and interesting for us. My French has improved massively thanks to her classes.

I did a beginners Spanish course with lingo Flamingo earlier this year.The learning atmosphere was great, everyone was relaxed, thanks to the tutor,Max, and we all learned more Spanish that we thought possible, and have retained most of it.I can highly recommend their methods of teaching , particularly to those of us over 60 and out of the learning environment.The organisation should be supported by everyone

I have done a few semesters of French spoken classes at Lingo Flamingo and they have been extremely helpful. I feel that with each class my fluency was improving. The teacher and other students were very nice and the atmosphere was always friendly. I would definitely recommend this school!

Lingo Flamingo is a really fun, relaxed and supportive way to engage with a culture and learn a new language. I've taken part in three blocks and have had a lot of fun developing my knowledge and vocabulary - which was non-existent prior to the class.The environment created is really welcoming. Max who leads the french class sets great challenges and activities to encourage exploration and learning. The people I have met at the class have been great as well. We work together when faced with a difficult task and have a good laugh in the process.As part of the class you get a text book to keep and additional worksheets and homework tasks. Overall the class is great value for money and you know that the profit being made is going to a great cause through this social enterprise.
