Have recently had to change agents, because of change in the law in tenant fees. My previous agent was trying to charge enormous fees. So I contacted Lettings By Apex, spoke to Shazad and he explained the current fees and special offers available. He then went on speak to my previous agent and get all the relevant documents and spoke to tenant as well. He handled everything and I am really happy with the service I received. I would recommend them to anyone, especially if your agents is trying to charge large fees.
