A14 had no trouble responding to my emails while I was booking the car but on the day, the driver demanded payment that was more than had been agreed - when I sought a refund from A14 they refused to respond and have ignored my emails and calls ever sinceDescribe your experience

Have been trying to contact them to book for a children's birthday party for some time and keep getting same message that the number no longer exists so will assume they have gone out of business.
