I have been in this Costa a few times now because it’s the closest one for me. The staff are friendly and helpful. I got served quickly and the order came out just the way I love it! Great stuff!

Good service. For the time it’s been open the decor is looking tired and worn, otherwise nice coffee still pricey.Cutlery stained appears unclean, probably machine washed and not polishedOctober 2022 refurbished through store, cleaner better feel and surprisingly makes the place larger

Amazing staff as usual and amazing frostinos! They are always lovely with my daughter and treat her like a customer instead of ignoring her like some places do. Love this place & the dedication of the staff x

We went on a virtual warm day and decided to sit inside. We both ordered cold drinks which were done to perfection (other Costa branches do end up with watery drinks rather than the thick consistency here) would definitely go again.

Coffee was lovely as always except for the staff on this occasion. The store manager handled a situation quite abruptly and unprofessional. She had no time to listen to how the cashier had made a small mistake. We all make mistakes and the cashier was lovely. Just handled badly afterwards from management and told me a lie. I left feeling upset and no customer should feel this way.
