Just used the guys for a second time.They are both lovely people.Respond quickly to message and keep contact with you about the progress of your repair.Had a new seat, rear derailleur, hanger and gears checked.Repairs are done fastFirst used to fix my back wheel quickly and getting me back on the road

Took my girlfriends bike here to get the front and rear derailer sorted. They were quick to respond and had the bike back within an hour. Unfortunately, the next day my girlfriend rode the bike to work and had to take it to a bike shop on route as she wasn't able to change gears as the front derailer was busted. When I phoned Stakey Cycles back to let them know what had happened as a result of the work done the owner got aggressive stating that I had undercut him and that the bike was working perfectly when he gave it to me. I was unable to to reason with him as he clearly has anger issues and could not understand that my girlfriend was forced to go to a different bike shop. Do not go here if you value your bike or your time.

Had my sons bike fixed, needed brakes sorting and puncture fixing, only charged 25 quid and had it sorted in 45 mins fab service and lovely people, thanks again guys

Not a very professional business. Rang up and the girl on the phone was like Hellooooo like the girl of the block. Had two flat tyres not sure if they were just flat or punctured. Anyway guy came out of high rise building and took my bike away for 1 hour it was returned and both tyres fully working. weather the iner tubes were replaced or just pumped up I'm not sure, seemed a bit steep to pay £25. I'd prefer to go to a proper bike shop next time.

I was looking for bike shops that offered a service to come and put a bike together as I was struggling to do it and I can't fault Stakey's Cycles. The only place that was able to (none of the nearer local ones could, and I don't drive) and they went out of their way to get two buses to come here to my house, and did a great job. They even did it at night. Thank you!

Spared the time to come out to me instead of me walking to them. She said it was her first time working on punctured E Bikes. I did seem a little nervous but so did she which is understandable. Nevertheless, she aced the job. A mistake she did make which i’m sure is a mistake she’ll learn from but it wasn’t anything major. Definitely would recommend for cheap reliable repairs on mechanical problems. *****

Would not recommend getting second hand cycles from them. They convinced us that the cycle is worth 140 pounds. The next day, when we wanted to return the cycle, they refused to refund and gave back only 75 pounds. We never used the cycle. Would never trust them again. They were very rude as well.

very happy with youre service , price was fair I wanted to my bike be fixed and didn't expected that it will take only 1 hour and surprisingly the Job was done very well and I felt that he was caring and trying do it cheapest as he could , my new wheel that in shop would be much more expensive I got for half an price. Bill was happy to help me. It is not proffesional company but I reccomend as he is doing that quckly you will probably not have to wait long for repair . thanks again mate
