I had a good experience with London Services plumbing and heating. They were able to come out to my home quickly and the plumber was able to fix my leaky faucet in no time. Highly recommend their services!

I called up today at 10.15am, have a small Leak on the radiator valve. Was told that someone will be here within an hour. Was contacted again at 10.30 to say someone will be here within minutes, nobody turned up by 11.15. Called them back to be told they said 50 minutes from 10.30. I said I need to go out and since they are not here, I need to cancel the appointment, they said I need to speak to the manager. Someone called me back and said I need to pay the cancellation fee, and after I argued the point that the service promised was not provided, in a timely manner. They said that someone will come to my door and they need to be paid. It is now 11.45 and nobody has turned up.Avoid this place
