Very few can deliver a professional service whilst ensuring that all clients receive first -class personalised treatment, turning what can be a daunting experience into something of relative ease. Both Kevin, Dr Karla, and their surgical team certainly did this (and then some!) Once my mind was made up to have hair loss treatment, I was keen to get my transplant done asap. Kevin exceeded all my expectations with this - it’s hard to believe that my journey from first consultation to surgery happened in the space of one month. Efficiency did not stop there - on the day of surgery, my transplant was completed in less than 6 hours, all the while ensuring that I was comfortable and pain-free. Security is the best word that comes to mind to describe Dr Karla’s care -you know you’re in experienced hands! Now I can look forward to the results over the next few months, with the added peace of mind that the Harley Street Clinic team are only a phone call or email away to address any concerns. They will be the first name I will recommend to anyone looking for effective hair loss treatment, and I hope to make use of their service again in the future should I need it.

I underwent an FUE hair transplant at Harley Street Hair Transplant Clinics a week ago. The procedure was done by Dr Kalra and his technician who both proved to be great professionals. Throughout the day of the surgery Dr Kalra was very friendly and caring towards me what made me feel I was in really good hands. Dealing with Kevin has also been very smooth since the beginning. So far I've had a great experience at every level and I'm excited to see the results in the coming months. I highly recommend this clinic to everybody who wants to undergo a hair transplant.

Following an introduction from another recent happy customer of Kevin & the teams. I have been delighted with the level of service throughout these initial phases of my Hair Transplant surgery. Kevin has been very attentive and answered all my questions, regardless of the time of day and has been happy to jump on calls if needs be. I am booked in for the end of March, so will update following the surgery, but so far i would have no hesitation of recommending the company and in particular Kevin!

Very good experience dealing with Kevin before and after my consultation. Goes over everything, answers any questions and addresses any concerns. Always available to contact throughout it all (and afterwards) At the clinic Dr Kalra was confident, reassuring, efficient and always checking I was okay while going through the procedure. Always willing to answer questions and will talk you through the various steps of the procedure with the two technicians in his team who have good attention to detail, and collectively have good experience

Although yet to have the procedure, I've been very happy with the process so far. Kevin has been very informative and been available to answer all of my questions. Even after the initial consultation, I've been able to message Kevin and receive answers very quickly. As a result I feel very comfortable and confident ahead of my procedure. Definitely looking forward to it and will update in a few weeks after it has been complete!

I was quite scared before going into surgery, but Dr kalra reassured me the procedures were straight forward and easy going. And he was amazing and so were the team. Everyone was polite and professional and I will recommend this team to anybody else :)

Just recently had my hair transplant and I'm very pleased with the service I have received. Kevin has been very helpful from the first consultation and is always happy to answer any questions or worries you might have. The day of the surgery went well with Dr Kalra and his team. You can tell Dr Kalra is really passionate about his work he went through everything so I knew what to expect and took his time to mark out my new hairline until we was both happy with it. TLDR: Seems like good customer service at first but only want your money, no aftercare/follow ups once the treatment is done. Below par transplant coverage.Had a FUE transplant in August 2021 after the initial consultation in June 2021. Kevin was really helpful at the start and had speedy replies to any questions I had.The first red flag was when the date of my transplant was moved during the week it was meant to be happening, even though I had booked a hotel to stay for the date that was originally agreed. During the pre transplant review with Dr Karla, he highlighted that the hairline would have hair implanted but the crown wouldn’t be worked on and would require PRP treatment (additional treatment at additional cost) even though during the initial consultation I had highlighted that the crown area was a concern and Kevin had agreed this would be included in the transplant.During the treatment everything was fine and went well. In the days following the transplant I was messaged to leave a review multiple times, without obviously knowing the results of the transplant as it would take months to grow in, so it would be interesting to know how many of the reviews left here are still accurate. Apart from these messages to leave a review there was no communication and no word of any after care or follow up appointments.After around 6 months I had seen a lot of growth in the areas where the hair had been transplanted but there were some areas I was concerned about, there seemed to be a gap between the new transplanted hairs and my original hairline, like the area hadn’t been properly filled. I messaged Kevin with these concerns and he advised me to wait until it has been a year since the transplant to see full growth and then get back in contact.After the year it was clear there was areas which had not been fully filled and as per the initial contract I requested a second transplant to fill in these areas which hadn’t been given the full cover. It took multiple messages and phone calls before I could get a hold of Kevin and even more messages until I finally could get an agreed date for the second transplant.The date of the second transplant was changed the week of, again. In the pre transplant consultation with Dr Karla informed me I should have been receiving the PRP treatment since my first transplant, something that was never offered to me after the first transplant as there was no communication.The second transplant was a waste of time as it was as if no effort was put into to give even remotely enough coverage. Select areas were done and others were left with single hairs transplanted in which seemed completely pointless and I went through the hassle of a transplant to effectively gain no additional coverage where it was needed.Again after the transplant there was zero communication, no follow up appointments or aftercare. I’ll definitely need another transplant in the near future and I definitely won’t be going back here. It seems like they try to get as any customers through the door as possible then don’t care about the them afterwards. I’m sure there are much better places in the UK or would definitely be worth getting the job done properly in Turkey.

Had my hair transplant on Saturday 31/07/21.Keving , Dr Karlas and his team of technicians were really professional from the start .Keven always there to reassure and give advice any time of the day . Dr Karla was very knowledgeable but you could tell he was passionate of getting great results .This is my second transplant and I had the first elswear with great results and had an amazing experience it had outstanding reviews but decided to shop around and have a look a bit closer to home and honestly I could not have gone to a better place great team looking forward to the results over the next 12 month .If you were to ask me a recommendation deffenetly without a second thaught Kevin , Dr Karla and his team , not only pre op but the after care advice and 3/6 12 Month check ups post op .Thank you
