I could not praise this company more.My dog suddenly passed away and Chirton was so helpful and understanding and processed our order with engraving in the same day, our dog passed away on the Thursday night and if he hadn't of made special arrangements to rush through and arrange for a Saturday delivery we wouldn't have been able to bury him till the following Monday or Tuesday! He did a huge huge favor for us and if I ever met him I would hug him (with permission) as he made our bereavement so much easier to deal with. Thank you so much

I ordered an Oak Plinth to mark the final resting place of our treasured boy. The photos online didn't do it justice, it was beautiful and very well made. I really appreciated too that it was made and delivered quickly. Thank you very much.

Ordered a small engraved cobble-stone grave marker. Really felt like a valued customer, and proofing emails were polite and respectful. Stone looked perfect, and was expertly packaged and delivered via tracked courier. This is perfect as my pet's final chapter closes. Thank you.

***Warning*** do not buy! If you don’t want to get your heart broken even more. We purchased a zinc lined coffin from Pets Remembered as the website listing stated ‘Leaves the inner intact for years to come’ at the price of nearly £400. 20 months later, I go to move my beloved dog Indie to my new house and the coffin falls to pieces on the pavement outside my old house (no more than about 15 steps from where she was buried) and my girl spills out of the coffin onto the floor. Coffin collapsed. Absolutely devastated. I Cannot put into words to describe the pain and heartbreak from seeing this. I had trusted Pets Remembered to be truthful on their website regarding the longevity of the coffins that they supply. I have emailed the company several time’s and we got one reply that denied this happened so we sent pictures as proof and since then we have been ignored. We are constantly emailing to this company to try and resolve this or atleast take some responsibility or show some compassion about what has happened. But he is deleting our posts on here and has ignored us for weeks now. I really really suggest if you are planning on moving house in the future, do not buy a pet coffin here. If you don’t want your dead family member to spill out of the broken coffin where you can see their remains then please avoid buying from here. This is to warn others of our traumatic experience. And to prevent others from this. And if trauma from this happening wasn’t bad enough, customer care has been disgusting. Really is heart shattering. But the worst part of it was the denial and then the total disregard for anyone’s feelings. We said to him imagine if this happened to a human being there would be uproar.. but to us our dog was/is a family member and loved just as much as a human in our eyes. So Thank you. Thank you for making our loss even more heartbreaking.

My husband and I would like to thank Chilton for going the extra mile sorting out a coffin for our beloved Diesel boy ( Siberian Husky) who we sadly lost 2 years ago, at the time my husband made a makeshift coffin which he did very well, but, we are now relocating to our forever home taking Diesel boy with us. Chilton has made this possible with a very classy top notch craftsmanship coffin. After meeting Chilton in person to collect the coffin, we were very impressed by his professionalism and caring nature. Nothing was to much trouble. We would'nt hesitate to recommend him to friends and family finding themselves in a similar situation. Genuine small family business ☆☆☆☆☆

I received my beautiful memorial for my dog that as sadly passed. I have ordered before many yrs ago and im as pleased as the first time so beautifully made and the little rainbow bridge card & 2 little wooden hearts are just so thoughtful. I will definatley order from this company again Thank you
