All my experience of Reeds has been good. Claire did a fantastic viewing with me and totally enthused me about the property. Lisa has kept the purchase moving despite delays between solicitors resolving a couple of issues. And Karis did a great job at the end getting the last details chased up, getting everyone ready to sign, and the purchase completed.

Claire showed us around 2 properties in Kenilworth, one of which was, as Claire described, a “wild card”.Claire from the outset was professional, confirming the appointments both by email and calling on the morning of the appointment.Claire was friendly and very knowledgeable of the properties and extremely thorough in showing us around, ensuring we had seen all the property had to offer. Claire was incredibly passionate about the properties we were viewing and her suggestion of the wild card was very much appreciated, what an amazing property this was!Claire was also prompt to follow up personally, something which I have noticed others do not.I think as a vendor, you couldn’t ask for anything more from an agent and as a buyer she made you feel very relaxed and informed when viewing.
