Amazing! They saved the day fixing my nails that I'd had done the day before for a wedding. Can't thank them enough

The service is ok but the rules are crazy! I booked for my nails for Saturday morning but as there was availability on Thursday evening, I booked and went to cancel the Saturday one. The system wouldn't allow me to cancel without a 70% fee! It was two days before the appointment! I tried to call as mentioned on the system for cancellation but nobody would pick up. No replies from Facebook messenger except for automated ones. I went to my appointment Thursday evening thinking that it shouldn't be a biggy and I would cancel Saturday's appointment but I was told I couldn't cancel without paying 70%(!!!) of the cost for a service I didn't get! I mentioned that I was trying to cancel on Thursday morning which is 2 days before the actual appointment on Saturday but was told I had to cancel exactly 48 hours to the minute and second for it to be valid and nothing can be done. I don't know what the law says about this, but I do understand that cancellation rules are important to protect businesses, we have them at restaurants, hairdressers and so many other places. But that kind of policy is austere!!! It's easier to cancel or change appointment at the doctor's or dentist! I have now read reviews from people who were a few minutes late and asked to pay without any service! This is so unsympathetic! I was thinking of making this place my go-to nail salon but unfortunately I won't be back.

Made a appointment on line one hr later my appointment had be cancelled due to I didn't leave a deposit never us again must make plenty for my booking was for nails and feet for myself and my granddaughter ather places in Hamilton no just them

Brilliant service, the girls that took care of us were lovely and the manager was welcoming. My mother-in-law was very happy. Would definitely go back again. Thank you!

Manager is unprofessional, they lie and very cheeky!A response to your lies below.I was aggressive at the end of the call and I don’t feel the slightest guilt because you kept speaking over me and ignoring me. 3 times you were told I was autistic which was the reason I left your store without question and my partner wasn’t aggressive towards you if your calls are recorded you’ll hear myself and him shouting at each other .. anyway he explained to YOU that once I paid £17 for my gel toes that would mean the transaction was over, which was why I left .. anybody would leave after being charged so why be immature and lie? You’re running a business start acting like it! and I told Ada your staff member I never had my toes done before so how could I have possibly known anything like what your routine would be??? Your staff should have informed me the routine of getting toes and nails done. And why not just apologise for the mistake immediately? Why try and cover yourself by telling me lies, my nails were booked for a different time when I booked all 3 treatments together online weeks before and I have the email confirmation of that and the only time given was 10am. You then made it about my nail appointment was different time okay then well then let’s go with your story and I’ve walked out right so why was my toe nail extension not done with my gel toes?next time just apologise to your clients before it escalates.After reading your other responses to your reviews of unhappy clients you are actually vile. Cheeky and unprofessional. Learn to appreciate the British public who are paying for your bills.

Made an online booking last night and woken up this morning with an email confirming its been canceled with no explanation? Tried to call and it rang out. Sent a DM on instagram but they have automated replies. Never used this salon before and judging by the reviews which I probably should have read first ill never be using.

Cancelled my appointment 6 days before my original appointment. They still went into my account and took out money. I have an email confirmation of the cancellation but they took money reguardless. Can understand them doing this to clients who cancel at the last minute but not 6 days before!!

I had booked an appointment on Sunday and I arrived 10mins late, I apologized and the girl was nice to me , just couldn’t take me because she had another appointment soon.I understand that it was my fault , and when you book online it does state that if you don’t arrive on time it will be put through as a no show, with the no show fee being 100% the price of the treatment.Nevertheless I have been going for nail gel polish there for about a year every 2 weeks.So I was, a bit displeased because I am a regular customer, and they would have got the money anyway because i asked about availability since I was willing to book for a later time or the next day.I was in the wrong yes , but still I found it unfair.Regardless, everyone is always nice , the girls do a good job and specially Ada, she is amazing.

It was fine, but it all seemed a little rushed. Also, did not know I had to pay cash until the last minute. Only had my credit card with me.
