Effectively, Solihull office are scamming me with the holding deposit. They they pulled out of the deal and didn't refunded me. Few day later I found out they shut the operations down and can't help me with my money. This situation has caused frustration and inconvenience for me. I would recommend staying away from them, as they are not professional or honest people.
