As soon as they get your money you will never hear from them again. For 2 months I've been chasing one shelf for the wardrobe we ordered. That's all. Every week I email &message them. They say one thing or another. Total lies. No regard for customer service whatsoever. Please avoid. There are far superior companies out there. Why take the risk. It is not worth it.

Please avoid these fraudsters. I purchased two wardrobes. The wardrobe developed a defect under one year. They refused to help. I wish I had done research on them before purchasing. The staff were very rude and ignorant. They can't even communicate in English properly. Total bunch of banana boat tw...s

Do not buy from this people is totally scamThay asking you to deposit £10 Or £20 if you come from Facebook to buy SOFA they said just to confirm you are interested when you do that they never even answer you phone and when you call the bank telling them to recover your money they said no because you transfer money to them.So to everyone STAY AWAY FROM SCAMMERS

I ordered a wardrobe for £409.99 on 1st February and received an email stating that the warehouse manager would contact me about delivery. After not hearing back from them I attempted to contact them via telephone and they kept cutting me off. The gentleman on the other end of the phone sounded like he was living in India. I sent emails asking for my money back and they kept replying asking for the order number that was included in the email. I have disputed my payment with the bank and paypal. This morning I received a call stating that it was their driver and he was on his way with my wardrobe. I told him to refrain from contacting me and stated that I would report them for harrassment as up to last night I emailed saying I wanted a refund and they kept ignoring and replied ignoring my request stating that they would be delivering. I am currently going through a dispute with the bank and paypal.

Scammers.first they will send u all weblinks to prove company is genuine and then will make u pay deposit on paypal and once the payment is done they wont respond to anything. Reported to paypal.

Biggg scam delivered bigg holes damaged sofa i made a complaint nothing happenedI lost all my money..don't pay them cash or buy from these people. It was for my son new house . Can't believe these people do these scams for money time of covid19 where people are suffering

Will rate them 0 if i could. Stay away from these thieves. They will take your money give you wrong item. Make sure you open the items and check before they leave. Reported them to trading standers and bank. He told me to open the box and show him photo....now saying that i have opened the box so he wont take it back. Little joker.. for his info i have got everything on email. Don't pay cash only do bank transfer and thank me later.

I advise you not to order from them! my friend ordered a wardrobe. she asked them when they were supposed to come and build it, she was told Saturday in the day! as my friend had things to do she called them to find out what? around 5 am no news so she calls them, they hangs up on her then she insists and received text saying Tuesday. sincerely lack of respect even no apology nothing just Tuesday! pay attention poor customer service poor product quality this is some advice i give you! Scammers!!!!!

Absolutely disgraceful company to deal with. Couldn’t be more helpful when I wanted to place an order. Once they took my money it was a totally different matter, they ghosted me and when I did eventually get hold of anyone they passed me from pillar to post.When the wardrobe was finally delivered I was told to send photos of the boxes and there would be a handyman coming within an hour to build. Fast forward, the handyman never came it took 3 hours the next day to get hold of anyone and now they are telling me it’s £200 to build it when i was quoted £60.I’m still waiting for my order to be completed and I am currently out of pocket.I have reported them to trading standards and to watchdog but no use to me when I’m£410 out of pocket.I have asked for a full refund which I’m fullyEntitled to and again I’m being ghosted and can’t get hold of anyone.Final point they wouldn’t answer the number they had for me so I called on a different number and they answered straight away obviously thinking it was new business.I have reported them to trading standards, and will be taking this to small claims court.Avoid at all costs.

Worst company ever it is bad that i cant give them less than 1 star. Tragic customer service, I had to call them 30times per day to contact them. i paid for 3 extra shelves. Driver confirm that wardrobe have extra shelves. When i unpack everything i realize that i did not received them. They blocked me on Facebook so i contact them by phone. Next day i called them and they said that my 3 extra shelves will be delivered in 3-4 working days. When i called them again to confirm that they said that i need to wait 3 weeks. I asked for refund and they advise to send details on whatsup. Next day i called them again and my payment was not sent yet. They advised to wait 48 h. They also threatened to block my number. Avoid that company
