I received excellent service from this company who were replacing the roof of my conservatory. The work was carried out extremely efficiently by two very personable conscientious young men who simply got on with the job leaving everywhere clean and tidy on completion. I thoroughly recommend this company.

A Good service, they replaced a door damaged in a burglary, their office pursued me to ensure that every thing was kept moving forward. Their Explanation of the process was patient and very helpful. They seem a very professional organisation. The installation was done well and seems of a good standard. I only withhold five stars as the work was fairly straightforward and I can't really say whether they are excellent.. they may be.

I was really impressed with this company, they visited me on the same day that I made the initial telephone call as part of an insurance claim for damaged window locks. They could fix one of my locks immediately but had to order a brand new locking system for one of the bedroom windows. They returned within a couple of days to complete the work. They were courteous, friendly and very professional. They took extra care as I had just had a new carpet fitted and there was not one bit of dust! Would highly recommend, thank you guys.

My locks were replaced this morning by two workers who were prompt, efficient and courteous. They completed the work and explained what they had done and left the area clean and tidy.I would recommend them for their professional and Covid safe approach.

Extremely unhelpful and use sub standard products that conveniently break literally weeks after warranty runs out!A new gearbox for multipoint locks and handle mechanism lasts the whole of 57 weeks!Coupled with the potential 5 days wait to even bother to come look at the door nevermind fix the issue is the sort of response you get.

Excellent service when I recently had a new garage door fitted. I was kept advised at all times as to the what was happening by friendly, helpful staff. A fitter came to assess the job and was punctual and able to knowledgeable. The garage door was then fitted by the same fitter who did a good job quickly and efficiently, took away the old door and tidied up after himself. Extremely pleased with all aspects of service

Unfortunately, I had to deal with Evander on my window replacement, which was done through my insurance company. Awful experience; they subcontracted the works and when the subcontracting company made an absolute mess of it, Evander ran a mile and left me to try and sort it directly with my insurers. They just don’t care about their quality of work, customers nor reputation it seems!

Very pleasant and friendly. Fast service and Engineer always explain the problem before starting the work and explains proper solutions. He carried out an excellent job in fixing my window. Very courteous staff. I recommend them highly.

Hopeless service.Large double glazed panel to be replaced under insuranceWaited 3 weeks & on day scheduled for fitting advised glass not received from manufacture.Panel arrived for fitting 1 week later & after fitting sealant smears found inside double glazing cavity so replacement panel ordered.In the interim discovered that the panel had been fitted with clearly marked inside face facing outwards.3 weeks later replacement panel scheduled to be fitted today and just been advised that the replacement panel has numerous scratches and a 3rd panel had to be ordered.2 months and the sad saga continuesUpdate after 3 monthsGlass panel still not replaced and unable, after 3 moths, and repeated requests, to obtain confirmation that the panel to be supplied conforms with the specification.Thus far unable to make contact with any person outside of the Customer Relations Department, who seem unable or unwilling to respond to emails.The Insurer has now waded into the sage offering apologies for the service of its Contractor, Evander, , and unsolicited financial compensation.Update 26/08/2020Third attempt at replacing the panel scheduled for this morning and received call that upon loading discovered the glass is cracked.3 months, 3 defective panels and as the manufacturing period of these panels is about 3 weeks, another 3 weeks will pass before another panel is procured.This from a company which presumably has in place a Quality Assurance procedure.

I got burgled on April 22. Since then I have had no back door. I appreciate these things take time to replace but over a month to produce and fit a timber door of standard dimensions is taking the michael. I have nothing but bad things to say about this firm and would advise anyone to avoid using them. Sorting it yourself is the only way to get it done fast.
