A truly appalling experience. Took more than 7 weeks to nearly get car ready, then delayed again. I had to walk away eventually as lost patience. The owner didn’t think he’d done anything wrong, and thought I was being dishonourable by walking away. I was so looking forward to the car that never came. I phoned, texted and emailed from 7th July and by 14th September had to walk away. Very disappointing. It took away all the excitement of the buying processAt first everything sounded promising, as they were undertaking to get the car spot on, but communication was one way with me having to keep chasing. This started to cause concern as the weeks dragged. In the end I had to walk away.

I purchased a lovely 2018 Mazda Mx 5 z-sport on the 6/3/21, I have to say what excellent service I received, within 3 days of seeing the car online and speaking to John one of the owners of J and f group car dealership, the car was delivered in Wales from Ireland, Wow! I could not fault them one bit, brilliant customer service, I’d recommend them to anyone! 5 stars!!!

I brought a Range Rover L405 from these guys, it was hand delivered by the Father and founder of the family business from Ireland to Essex nothing to pay until you see the vehicle. Again, as I have said before in world of no customer service I salute the SME’s that try to differentiate themselves by offering a white gloves service to the ordinary customer and J and F Group did just that, great car, great service and a 1 year warranty. 5-star service, Well done.

Very odd experience. I have bought and sold various cars over the years but I just don’t understand the attitude received from John around a potential purchase. I am in the UK and was offered ‘free’ delivery from Ireland which is great. However I continued to ask various basic questions anyone would before purchasing a car and all I continued to get was a constant attitude around this. I felt like everything was too much hassle and that John did not want to sell the car at all. I received some (quite poor) walk around videos of the car so wanted to clarify some things before committing but then got told that the car wasn’t for me because I was asking too many questions and to go elsewhere for my purchase. I don’t understand what they expect. The car in question was 16 years old, no one in their right mind would buy a car without asking any questions at all but to then be refused business due to this blows my mind. To note, this car has been on sale since September so currently 5 months. No option of any deal was offered, no discount in any way, just the fact it came with a 12 month MOT (like anything would) and 12 months warranty (I dread to think of the service if needing to use this). Looking at some further reviews it’s clear John has a very strange perception of customer service! People buy from people, if the service was better from the start, I would of parted ways with my money. However, the service I received questioned everything from the start and it’s clear I was right. Be very weary if wanting to buy from here. Service is worth more than any car will be.
