I had a blocked sewage pipe under my drive and called out two companies to clear it. The first company came out and said that the pipe had collapsed and would need to be dug up and replaced, which would have cost me a fortune. I was really worried and didn't know what to do.Then I contacted Dalrod and spoke with Robin using the webchat service on their website. Robin quickly arranged for Allan to come out and look at the pipe. He said that he thought he could clear it without having to dig it up. He was right! He cleared the pipe quickly and cheaply, and I was so relieved.I would highly recommend Dalrod to anyone with a blocked sewage pipe. They are experienced and professional plumbers. Allan in particular is really good at what he does. He's also very friendly and helpful, and he'll go the extra mile to make sure you're happy with his work.Thanks, Dalrod and especially Allan and Robin!

Terrible service. Took nearly 4 weeks to collect 16 bags of stones and rubble from my drive way from a French drain job they undertook. I had to call multiple times, chase multiple times to get the rubbish collected after being told it would be collected on the Friday, then the following Wednesday and it went on and on. I’m very visibly disabled and regularly have social workers coming to my property and to have the rubbish stacked in the drive way is just unacceptable.The operatives who completed the job were polite and completed the job within 2 days on the positive side.I’d reccomend you avoid Dalrod Luton so you don’t have the same experience I have. It caused a lot of stress which could have been completely avoided.

Really helpful . The guy knew his stuff. Helped unblock my drains without even needing to come out. Amazing customer service
