A bit annoyed with change of appointment after booking online. Parking a bit tight, but service was great. Customer service V and Ethan very engaging. Very happy. Now the Neutral answers are because I only had a MOT, so the questions don't apply to me.

It took 1.5 hours to change 1 tyre on mycar. I booked the appointment for 10:00 today and they just finished at 11:26. The supervisor Ethan did nothing to accelerate the work of the apprentice who took 45 mins to take off a wheel. I had 2 kids with me and they got really tired of waiting for what was supposed to be a 15 min job max. I even approached Ethan to ask him to accelerate the work but he chose to do absolutely nothing. Thank you

Fantastic service, provided by friendly and professional staff....I couldn't fault anything, not that I wished to....It's easy to criticise, but more difficult to give praise....All that I would wish to add is that all of the staff at Kwik Fit West Norwood are a credit to Kwik Fit....Thank you....

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It did take a while to be attended to initially as staff where busy and there is no reception however I was a walk-in so didn’t have a precooked appointment but they were still able to attend to me

Went in for a mot and brakes the service was attentive and reasonably quick i cant thank them more.The staff are friendly and professional exactly what you want to see in a garage 5 stars well deserved!
