My Wife and I visited her mother's place of rest today only to find the plot had, what could only be described as 'trashed'! all flowers and Grand/Great Grandchildren dedications were removed ready for the burial of My Hunt at Great Barton Holy Innocents Church on Friday 25th August 2023. Even the plaque had been removed and the area had been recovered, so finding the correct spot to relocate the plaque was incredibly hard. It's understandable the upset this caused us, especially my wife, and I shudder to think the reaction of our grandchildren if they had discovered this scene. This has left my wife quite traumatised and the rest of the family incredibly upset. We are utterly disgusted by the lack of compassion, respect and the overall sheer amount of ignorance in this process by the lady involved with the funeral. A message has been sent to the main office as we are unsure which store had performed this. The church warden informed us it was Fulcher that had done the burial and was also disappointed that my mother-in-laws plot had not been returned to how it was originally. Unless a positive outcome will arise we will never recommend this company to perform such a service.

My family and I faced a sudden and unexpected passing of my brother in May 2023. We had been fortunate to not have to arrange a funeral before this; but that made the thought of it all very daunting. Michelle and the team at Fulchers has been wonderful from start to finish. Michelle guided us through each stage of the planning process with empathy. She maintained communication at all times. As a family we have known Michelle Banks for many years and knew she ran l Fulcher Thetford that sadly closed we are so glad she is still with the company, she cared for my husband Michael dealing with all the family requests and spent so much time making sure his send off was perfect, she is a very caring and loving person and is very respected in our town we had military personnel involved and Michelle arranged everything the day was a beautiful send off she looked amazing when she arrived at our home we as a family would never use anyone else I have now also planned my funeral with her for when the time arrives.

We sadly lost my dad couple of months ago, it was a very sad time, we had a lady called shell (Michelle) , omg, she was amazingly good at what she does.she explained to us what to do, where to go, the stages of the process, she done all what she could for us and was on call whenever we needed her, she put 100% commitment in what she done. Through out the process she was calling to ask if we was ok, reassuring us, she was very passionate in what she does and looks really good in her uniform. I would recommend her to anyone as she goes above and beyond. My dad would have been so proud of what she did.My mum is also writing a review and hope she gets to see what we put.I did go to see me dad at the chapel of rest, they did an amazing job and he looked so peaceful.Thank you so much for the wonderful care you give my dad.
