Booked in for laser hair removal very professional and welcoming service by Umrana. The laser machine Soprano Titanium is most definitely the top end in lasers, I have experienced no pain or burning and after second session noticed regrowth was slower.

I had my forehead lines done by Dr Hasan he’s very good. He explained the procedure and I got a follow up appointment too. Amazed at the results. Nice clinic too.

My whole laser experience was amazing. I was anxious but was reassured by the lovely knowledgeable and professional therapist, who made me feel at ease. On the whole absolutely delighted with my treatment and how effective my first treatment was. The clinic was exceptionally clean all hygiene practices were followed. I was given full information of all after care procedures to follow. Will be visiting soon for my next appointment.

Just had my first session today and it was an amazing experience. I was scared to go in at first because I thought it would be painful but it was completely pain free! Very nice and professional setting and clinic. Very excited for my next sessions! Would highly recommend

Went to Emzi skin clinic a couple of weeks ago for anti-wrinkle injections. Nice and clean clinic. Was treated by a medical doctor. They rang me 11 days after the treatment to follow up which was a nice touch. Great service and excellent results. Highly recommended.

I was welcomed into the clinic by the technician and she talked me through everything that I needed to know about laser hair removal. What I appreciated most about my consultation with her was that she was genuinely upfront about the procedure and results I may have. Constantly shaving and waxing was getting overwhelming. I have had a couple of sessions now and have been so impressed with the results. Pain is subjective, but this device has a built-in cooling system. I would say it's similar to having a hot stone massage!. Genuinely I have seen an 80% reduction in regrowth with just 1 session!. That's why I've decided to get laser hair removal to more areas of my body. My technician was very diligent on checking in while she was working on any area. The entire time she made me feel so comfortable and I felt very looked after. She is very considerate of your pain threshold, incase if it does get too hot. Also very meticulous with her work and always makes sure that the client is happy and satisfied. I would highly recommend this clinic if you have been thinking or contemplating to have laser hair removal, definitely would advice to book in for a consultation.
