2020 Update:Still a great place with friendly staff who dont force unnecessary expense when none is needed. Just had a service and MOT done with little fuss.Great offer and service done with little fuss. Also a free valet was a very nice touch at the end. Will be using them again.

Went to have my air conditioning refilled, which was completed in an hour while I waited. The air conditioning only lasted for a week, so I decided to look at the paperwork that I was given at the time of payment. It clearly says they thought that the air conditioning has a leak, not something I was advised about when I paid. What a waste of time and money.

Really impressed with their service and professionalism. Had a full service, front pad change and an MOT at a very competitive price. I actually paid a little less than my quote which was better still and hundreds of pounds cheaper than my main dealer quote. One really nice touch was the video link of my car being serviced showing me clearly what my two advisories were on my MOT. Never had that before! Would thoroughly recommend and will be booking my next service/ MOT here.My only niggle was that I booked thru BookMyGarage and that wasn't great. After booking online the garage contact you to confirm booking which was fine. However the day before my MOT I received an email from BMG telling me my booking was cancelled by in and out. One irate phonecall to in/out and they confirmed my car was still booked as before. Not great from BMG!! I will now book future jobs direct, lesson learned!! So, Book my Garage 2*, In'n'Out 5*.

Booked online for an MOT. The service was prompt, completed quickly and efficiently, staff were polite and informative. Drink stocked waiting room and toilet available. Definitely returning.

Avoid at all costs, especially if you have AA parts cover. Never called me back to update me in 5 days they had my van & I spent this time calling AA and the garage 5 times a day sometimes as there was no update. When I asked why no one called me, I was told my number was probably written on a piece of paper and thrown in the bin. I understand things can change, however you are in control of how you treat your customers and keep them updated.I will say Carl was brill & found out what was the problem and called.Otherwise don’t bother.

Really happy with the service I recieved from Hamel and the other bloke i spoke to. These guys are really good guys. Great advice and very fair price. Absolutely very impressed by this garage, will be my regular garage from here on.
