I used the meeting rooms for the first time at Gilbanks this week and was blown away by the quality of the rooms and the level of service. I was greeted by Hayley who was extremely welcoming and incredibly efficient. My client also commented on the luxury feel of the meeting room which is like no other we have experienced in Leeds city centre. 5 stars from me and I will definitely be re-booking.

Excellent modern office space in a prime location looking over City Square. Everything at Gilbanks feels top quality and we are well cared for by the staff, nothing is too much trouble. I really like working in these offices.

Gilbanks is a great office space in the heart of Leeds. The reception team are a particular highlight and are so friendly and helpful with every aspect of working within the office. The space feels light and clean and even during the recent Covid pandemic it feels like a safe environment to work in with particular attention to cleanliness and social distancing. The floor that I work from has amazing facilities which include kitchen and drinks as well as comfy and private bras out areas which are great to work from outside of the designated office space. The view from my office is always commented on by people joining virtual meetings and shows Leeds in its splendour which is a great advert for Leeds Based Companies. Sometimes my company ask for things like office space and private meeting rooms at the last minute which isn't ideal from our point of view but these have always been accommodated by the team at Gilbanks with a smile and true professionalism.
