Photos are fake. There is no showroom. You can't even ask to look at anything...it's just a trade warehouse. Staff less than helpful.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Looking like we may end up taking legal action against Howdens Lincoln as we have lost all faith in the branch to sort the issues with our kitchen!Offered like for like price match - delivered September and a plethora of mistakes! Now December and still waiting! Still do not have kitchen from design or all the items to complete it! Appalling service and no responsibility taken. Tried to escalate to branch manager and always avoids dealing with the problem. Promise after promise to sort this, don’t turn up to appointments on site to try and sort or come late, 3 wrong deliveries, and told our design doesn’t actually fit and don’t do all items on design! Original kitchen designer not aloud to talk to us any longer as they made so many mistakes but yet still not sorted! Account keeps getting charged for additional items when it is just the items that should have been delivered to begin with!Escalation above the branch being sought as last resort to sort. Avoid at all costs - pay the little extra elsewhere at a reputable kitchen provider as this branch ends up costing you far more!

Ok if you know what you want but counter staff not very helpful if you don't.

I recently ordered kitchen with Howdens and had such a bad experience. They quoted me over £1000 more expensive than another company. When I showed them the quote from another company, they said they will match the price. I appreciated the time they spent for me, so I decided to order with them. However because of the slightly different dimensions between 2 companies, 1 of the cabinet size needs to reduce the size to fit, but it hadn’t been looked at it properly, they end up sent 3 wrong items, and now because the wrong items were already opened, they didn’t accept the return; so I got charged for the 3 wrong extra cabinets that it wasn’t my mistake to begin with. I wished they told me to order with other company instead of try to match the price. Never again, and I will tell the same with all my friends and families may order kitchen from them. For me, I will never try these matching price scheme ever again. Thanks!

Set up a trade account.Expecting good rates.Only to be told by another howden branch that the rates set are a token rate.Could of walked into screw fix and bought ironmongery etc cheaper.Be careful they will take advantage of you to get to there bonuses.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Yvonne and her colleague who found my earring this morning . I lost it two weeks ago . Yvonne saved my phone number so was able to ring me this morning when it was found in the car park . Thanks again excellent service .
