Terrible never enough staff with huge queues to pay for fuel etcAvoid if possible

recently visited the BP garage in DE74 2TN and was appalled by the state of their toilets. The floors were dirty, the toilet seat was loose, and there was a strong smell of urine. It's unacceptable that a business like this doesn't take more care to keep their facilities clean and secure. I would not recommend this place to anyone until they make some serious improvements to their hygiene standards.

Daylight robbery. Fuel today 1.75 compared to national average of about 1.47. Wish we had stopped elsewhere

Hands down the most understaffed BP services I've ever been to. Had one worker who was working both the petrol and the Gregg's in store. When asked if he was alone, he said the other member of staff was on break. How BP think 2 members is enough is beyond me. Shameful when you consider what they make

Allways big cues for the lorrys for fuel. When you go inside the shop, one person is on a go slow serving coffie at Greggs bit and then one is left to sort all the drivers out and getting overwelmed.

Absolutely abysmal. Prices are literally beyond profiteering- for a couple of examples; a single 45g pack of walkers crisps is £1.85 completely daylight robbery - the smallest Red Bull is £2.20 which is DOUBLE the price in a shop, the fuel is always overpriced ridiculously so, plus it’s a laugh a minute with the jolly staff (sarcasm).Do yourself a favour- do not stop here.

184.9 when non-motorway is 155 ouch. BP has a mini greggs, One person serving fuel and greggs, had just taken payment for a pizza slice when I walked in. 10 minutes later she was still messing with oven, fuel pumps ding waiting authorisation, people coming in asking what's wrong with the pumps. Disaster!

Long queues, first for proof of payment, then again to pay. Why have they only 1 person to work for Gregg's and BP at the same time? The services themselves also are dirty, it doesn't look like they've been refurbished since the 70's. Not fit for purpose, and definitely not worth the exploitative fuel and goods prices.

is it really a motorway services its a good 10 minutes from the m1 south , 6am nothing ready on the greggs counter . very slow service at the till the staff seem to have no idea how to work them . the toilets are probably the worst I have seen
