We’ve just had Co-op direct 2 separate family members within a short time frame. Their service is simply A1, and it’s the people that deliver that service that really count! So genuinely lovely, warm, and engaging. From the celebrant, Trudi, who did an amazing job, to the staff who drove and and directed services on the day. Just an amazing wonderful bunch of people that did themselves and the Co-op proud!! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Every single one of the employees here are simply amazing at their job, they did both my nan and grandads funerals absolutely faultlessly. Amazing people, thank you!

They are so kind, nothing, nothing at all is too much trouble, just ask them, they have heard it all, they will help you with whatever you want to do. Importantly for us at the time, they didn't require payment until the insurance paid out, which was about 3-4 weeks later than the funeral. Some places require the money upfront and we just couldn't do it. They accommodated visitors on multiple occasions, and helped us in our grief, what a truly lovely bunch of people, really making a difference to people's lives with their genuine kindness.
