I liked this store a lot. Not for main shop because of prices but for certain items for a treat. I dropped 2 stars due to the sheer volume of people in the store, none of whom were bothering with social distancing. Probably due to the fact you couldn’t as m & s were packing customers into the store. Probably the most stressful shop I have had the misfortune to encounter since last March. All key workers who deal with the general public should know the majority are incapable, nor care about adhering to regulations and need to be constantly told how to social distance. Therefore better management of their store is required. Not the free for all mentality it currently has.

Very much impressed with my collection this morning of my chritmas food that was ordered and ready for collection. The whole process took ten minutes- the staff where so helpful and very well organised.

Easy parking. ..good choice of ready prepared and fresh products. Helpful staff spent time with me discussing the various similar products. Compact shop great for picking up essentials if in a hurry.

Nice shop. Unfortunately some of the staff are consistently rude, unhelpful and arrogant. Not a pleasant shopping experience at all!

Disappointed today. Bought some chestnuts then discovered when we got them home they were best before yesterday, £3.00.Caught out a few times at the St Nicholas store but will obviously have to check every item in future.

Excellent M&S tucked away in the shopping centre at Westhill.Not the largest but bigger than you first suspect from the outside.Typical Sparks quality. The fruit especially puts most of the other supermarkets to shame imho. Lasts far longer and generally better quality. We're particularly enjoying their new range of grapes (Sable, Candy Floss, Muscat etc). They are delicious and make a real change from the standard red/white seedless.The service is always professional, friendly and courteous. I know there is much competition on the high street these days but it will be a dark day if we ever loose Marks and Spencer Foodhalls.

Easy parking at lunch time. Always something healthy and tasty to grab. Cheese section is the best of Aberdeen supermarkets, the frozen pains au chocolat et croissants are well worth a trip there!
