We needed one Whitworth bolt to complete our restoration of a warp mill. The service was exceptionally good, friendly, and very helpful. The delivery was swift and the price was extremely fair. These days you very seldom receive such first-rate service. I almost wish I needed more bolts just to experience again such excellent service.

Come here regularly for stuff and the staff are brilliant. They always have a laugh with you and banter and make sure you leave with something to do the job at hand . I'm usually sort of going in with a bolt or screw and saying ...I'm doing da da da ...what you got like this that will do it and they always have what I want and know sizes that I have in my hand etc. Only thing they need to do is update the opening times on the website on bank holidays as I sat outside on a Saturday of the bank holiday at Easter for 20 minutes till the garage opposite came over and said they were closed . With it been Easter and the Saturday I purposely went and checked to see if they would be open on the site.. oh well overall a good service . ( Some hunky staff too lol. )
