Bought as a Christmas present. Worked for five minutes then stopped. Massive disappointment for the children on Christmas Day. No apology received. Just a returns label with no acknowledgement of the disappointment on Christmas Day. I accept things can sometimes go wrong but total lack of acknowledgement is poor customer service. Surprised given the connection to Costco.
