I have just got my first ever hydra-facial from Therapie clinic. The experience is been amazing and I can't wait to have rest of my facials. I have booked 6 facial package and I am looking forward to it. I would like highly recommend Laura the manager. She is been amazing. She have guided me well according to my concerns. Also big shout out to Hannah G who have treated me. Very professional and well trained staff.

So pleased with how effective my treatment was and my practitioner (Armani) was exemplary. Made me comfortable, constantly checking in that I was ok, with loads of interesting knowledge to offer about the equipment and procedure. Probably one of the least painful beauty treatments I’ve ever had!

Poor customer service. Do not use.I’ve woken up with the flu so called ahead to say that I’m unwell and won’t be able to make the appointment (8 hours in advance by the way) and they said that because the cancellation is within 48 hours the session would be a lost session and I wouldn’t be able to reschedule. It’s as if 48 hours ago I would know that I’d be struck with the flu and wouldn’t be able to make the session which is bizarre. My appointments also only last 10 minutes in total - it’s not like it’s a 2 hour slot.Their customer service is really really poor and I’d strongly recommend you using another laser service with a better customer service policy for unforeseen circumstances. I’ve made every other appointment with them (8 so far in total) and for this once they won’t let me rearrange - I find that incredibly poor. I bought 10 sessions upfront with them so they basically just rob your money and have no sympathy for unforeseen circumstances.Skin clinic are much better and much more reasonable allowing you to reschedule if this were to happen. Therapie just clearly rip you off and have zero consideration for their clients

Today i had my second appointment for my laser hair removal, i had it with Aimani and honestly i couldnt be happier! Its been such a great experience! I am really happy with the care i am receiving from the team and just wanted to give a shout to Aimani for being such a great clinician! She has been so comforting throughout the session and has been so reassuring regarding some questions i had to ask, such a lovely individual! Made sure i get my booking with her next time too!

I came for a lip filler consultation with Clare. She took her time to really understand my reasons for wanting filler and advised me to get a small amount (0.5ml) as I didn’t want overly filled lips.She kept showing me throughout the process so I had a say where I wanted the filler to be exactly. I would definitely go back when I need a top up, she did an excellent job and I’m really happy with the result!
