The store is that it is, a place that employs young people who don't want to be there or help you unless they sell you something high in price. Ask them anything technical that requires more than retail knowledge, and you get a blank look with glazed-over eyes. Everyone seems to be very, very busy, despite there only being around three customers in the place, but they're running around doing something. I made a click-and-collect purchase, which required very little interaction with people. However, I find it strange that it opens later than everything else in the retail park.

Currys is basically a dodgy middle man that wants to rip you off. Keep that in mind and the staff they employ will make sense. Don't be fooled into thinking youre getting a good price, they will get it back with premium delivery. The delivery men I had, had the audacity to ask for extra money. I rang to complain and the woman who answered was half asleep and uninterested. The products are good, I'd be worried if you did get a faulty item as to what help you'd get though.

Went to Wolverhampton branch to purchase a new vacuum with my uncle. As we were looking to purchase shark brand. We were approached by a man in a black shirt. Who showed us an upright vacuum cleaner which we were very impressed with. He seemed knowledgeable and very professional and walked out with a Dyson vacuum instead. When asked he said his names was Pritesh.

Didnt have what I wanted at first and just at the right time after receiving recommendation got the product and the store assistant was very helpful and explain what was available which was good and got what I wanted which I am thankful for. Would just research on the product first and check in store to see it face value than online which I can say I happy with the services in Curry better to get on sale.

I am going to give 1 star to the currys but if it their is -5 then I would give them -5 stars. i did choose currys for my phone i select an iPhone 15 pro max. Which was not in stock. The staff said the order would come in 2 days. i paid full amount of phone by card.after that, they said you will get an email then come to store to collect your item from the store. I was waiting for the email, but then they called me and said your parcel has arrived but their is no phone in the box.they will have to investigate that what happened to your device. It will take 14 to 21 days for investigation. I said it is not my fault. I want my phone. I have paid you full amount, so please cancel my order. But they said that case has been filed, you cannot cancel, you will have to wait and so on. now i am waiting and their is no any update. I don't have a phone in my hand even after paying so much money.I have never seen such a bad customer service.If I had known there would be such rubbish service I would never have gone.If this can happen to my item then no one's item is safe.

Easy enough to shop at Curry's, I've never ever had a problem shopping with them but I hear they don't have the best return / exchange policy. I may be wrong though as I have never had this issue myself.

For me 5* a huge store with many option, located in almost in every comercial area. We will have a deal soon for a American fridge frizez

Went in for a TV. Was much better than looking online. Was served by Dylan at the counter. He was extremely knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful. Ended up leaving with a better television for our needs upon speaking to him. Not usually one to leave reviews, but he deserves some recognition :)
