Great local supermarket. Food at restaurant is good. Good for all your emergency snacking needs. You can fulfill all your chocolate, candy, and savoury snack requirements. All sorts of drinks available:water, soft fizzy drinks, different milk drinks, alcohol, coffee etc. Also can get bakery, dried goods, refrigerated and frozen items here.

So disappointed with the anlaby store today, haven't been in for a while but most aisles were full of staff either talking or doing orders . Bought 2 bags of celebrations sign said 2 for £5 got charged 2 for £7 bought a nice piece of beef or so I thought cooked it for tea it turned out so tough to eat couldn't eat it which ruined my Sunday dinner. Will not be going in this store any more felt staff was more important than customers

It's an alright store but coming in I was greeted to water all over the floor near the fridges because they were leaking. Clearly not checked on as much as they should be even going down to the deli section were the pasta was it was soaking wet on the floor. But it was also busy but you can move around unlike Asda on Kingswood it's like a trolly fight in their. But staff were friendly at the till and I was on my way decent time, car park is a merry-go-round to get out because of the road getting in is always busy.

I took my son here for a little treat for his tea I googled the closing time - 6pm, I got there at a little after 5 and was met by the self -service machine broken, no visable member of staff the to be told when a member of staff showed up it was a very limited menu as to what we could have at this time. I got a mini fish ( not on the kids menu) and a lesania a fruit shoot and a coffee £16.46 . The coffee machine was not working and the staff were packing up... Excuse me if a place says open to 6pm that is the time they should serve to. I'm very disappointed and to be fair, I could of paid the same price and gone down the road to Toby carvery. My opinion is give this a miss.

I do prefer the Morrisons on Holderness Road. The customers are just too pretentious here.Staff seem to cope well with customers. Answer most question with correct insightful knowledge. The layout of the store is different but the choice of fish is good. Sadly sword fish has been discontinued not the fish but the sale of it. The staff did not know why.But good range of products that are unavailable at most supermarkets.Nice cafe and very welcoming entrance. Will go again but prefer t'other one.

First time visiting the Anlaby store (& haven't been to Morrisons since well before COVID).I honestly found this store so stressful with the layout, there was no staff on the cheese deli but someone went to ask the staff on pre cooked meat who was covering cheese and while they had a long convo about there not being anyone we got bored waiting for pre cooked meat and left that bit. My biggest shocker was it seemed so expensive, higher price for smaller items compared to other supermarkets. I will say, hats off to the butchered in store meet, quality looked amazing. One of the few places still selling arctic rolls which is awesome (but again, expensive). The cashier was a credit to the store, very friendly and helpful. I wish I'd have kept my receipt to see who it was to give her full credit. I did leave with a bit of shopping (not a week's worth of groceries for sure) at £110 which is just ridiculous. Unfortunately I won't return but I know the individual store doesn't make the prices.

Not sure what Morrisons are about lately, but their pricing is way above Sainsburys and Tesco even before using the latter two's loyalty cards. Over the last few months, I have found price increases very steep particularly in beer, wine and fresh meat just to name three. I complained by email on a subject three weeks ago which has not been answered and customer service seems non existant even when one speaks to a store manager. They may have reintroduced the more card but offers and discounts bear no resemblance tithe nectar and the club card. I have been a customer for many years but find I am using the other main stores more often for many items, including fuel.
