The Fashion House

An amazing range of dresses and so many different styles. However, service was quite disappointing. Myself and my sister had travelled over an hour to attend the appointment with my mum to be told as soon as we arrived only two people were allowed in dressing room area due to ‘covid’ (we were not made aware of this when booking appointment), this obviously ruined the overall experience of what should have been an exciting day. There was also a lack of attention shown to my mum and I felt too many people were booked in at one time, particularly as many people are paying high prices for the dresses- time should be spent with the customer.

Visited the Fashion House in January to look for an outfit for my son’s wedding in April. Mona and her team were fantastic, so friendly and helpfuI. I bought a Linea Raffaelli outfit that was beautiful. I returned for a fitting in March and I had lost quite a bit of weight. The dress had to be radically altered which invlolved deconstructing the dress and putting it back together again. The in-house tailoring department did a fantastic job and you could not tell what alterations had been made. Wilma was brilliant in organizing appointments for me as I live in Donegal so it was arranged to suit my travel requirements. When I returned to pick up my outfit I bought a hat/fascinator . The girls were excellent in selecting color and styles for me and gave an honest opinion. I was really pleased with the service from start to finish. I had an absolutely fabulous time at the wedding. I would thoroughly recommend the Fashion House and Mona for Mother’s of the Bride and Groom outfits.

Emer assisted me today in getting a mother of the bride dress and she was great. Very attentive and helpful and got me sorted. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend!

Writing this review on behalf of my mum who visited the store over two weeks ago. Fab shop! Super range of styles and colours. Staff members Wilma and Mona were extremely helpful and good fun. Delighted with my dress. Would highly recommend a we visit to this shop. Lovely coffee shops beside for afterwards too. From Carol.

My cousin and I visited The Fashion House today but didn't have an appointment. Wilma met us and quickly arranged an appointment within an hour.We were not disappointed with the selection of dresses and Wilma was so helpful, kind and courteous.She made the whole experience unforgettable. Travelled quite a distance yesterday to visit boutiques in this area for a very significant event.Walked into shop andassistant barely acknowledged my presence as she walked past me toback of shop No words were spoken at all! Had a quick look around and again she passed me without speaking -very strange customer service . Needless to say I just left and went elsewhere. Disappointing that they have not acted on previous reviews.

Fantastic service. Sarah was most professional and give me plenty to options. The range of styles and colours of dresses is superb. Would most definitely recommend. A hidden gem of a shop

My daughter, sister and I visited The Fashion House on Saturday looking for an outfit for my daughter's wedding. We were assisted by Charlene, a very bubbly, friendly, helpful girl, for whom nothing was any trouble. She helped me choose the perfect outfit. On Tuesday, I received a handwritten note from Charlene saying how pleased she was to meet us and wished us well for the wedding! Lovely touch....I will definitely be recommending the Fashion House to all prospective mothers of bride/groom! Well done!
