Hi , just like to make a review about the cafe in sainsbury...ordered a turkey dinner last week after waiting 30 minutes , it arrived. Started to eat this dinner , and then to discover that the sprout were as hard as rock , its disgusting to think I paid good money for this , and someone sent this food for me to eat uncooked . Wasn't offered any compensation , or even a sorry , I spend quite a lot in sainsbury store over a lot of years , wont be using the store anymore Chris R.....Merry Christmas

Superstore Supermarket with several outlets including Specsavers, Argos and Timpsons. Excellent range of products. Staff accommodating. Plenty of parking but the disabled spaces not conveniently situated for easy access to the entrance. Rather a long and narrow route to walk with bollards, changes of surfaces and other hazards including abandoned trolleys to negotiate. Rather a long wait to purchase stamps at the customer service counter due to insufficient staff at that location.

Went to cafe.......why did they not shut it like all the other sainsburys.....slow service, we had a bitesize breakfast and added 2 rashers of bacon to each but when it arrived it was tepid, beans had an unusual taste, bacon was ok, egg was 'snotty', bread (white) was not fresh....all in all we need to stop wasting our money at this cafe. Xx

Narrow aisles filled with boxes waiting to be put on the shelves. Very expensive produce and some of the very few staff I saw were a bit surly no doubt because of the way a small minority of customers spoke too them. Why people who like to say I ONLYshop in Sainsbury's " feel they are better than the rest of us is beyond me."

Fantastic store, great clothing, toy and home section. Have a brilliant free from range! Plenty of parking spaces for parent and child.

Shocking waited in line for 30 minutes in the queue for them to say the menu is limited to about 5 meals. Wouldn't be as bad if they just put a sign up but instead they advertised as normal on the menu. Very slow

Went there to do a weekly shop. I bought 6 bottles of wine and got 25% discount off. I checked my receipt when I got home and found they had charged me for 6 bottles of the same wine, when I bought different wines with 2 different prices and low and behold they had charged me for the more expensive one. This is so tippical of supermarket cashier's they don't check what they are putting through the tills. Just so incompetent. So now I have to go back to claim the overcharge back.

It was a challenge to get there (& leave) if you're unfamiliar with the orbital shopping area with all its roundabouts! Otherwise, they had most of the items I needed and staff were helpful to guide us to the correct aisle!
