We bought two white coffees today (7.15 am)which were both bitter,tasted of chemicals and were undrinkable.We were given replacements which took a while as there was some conversation in the background as to weather the machine had been cleaned.No smile,No apology for being kept waiting,the inconvenience or the undrinkable coffee from the guy in the white shirt.We didn't enjoy the replacement coffees as we had the taste of the bad coffee in our mouths for an hour or so.A simple sorry would have been enough.Very poor service.

Absolutely top class service and food was fantastic first restaurant ive been in and out of ever for a three course mealnin 1hr 10 mins nothing was to much trouble i will be recommending to all

9 times out of 10 when I order food, none of the sauces I requested have been packed and the food is lukewarm when it arrives even though it's round the corner. Mixed up orders once and had to go to the restaurant and wait a while to get it replaced.

Been through drive through twice recently. Worst experience we have had.1st time order lost asked to move order received. Moved about a mile to open a cold meal (went in the bin). Tried a second time. Ordered 2 meals , went through as 1 meal and a drink. Had to wait AGAIN. Watched 5 cars drive pass with meals. Eventually got ours to take home est 3 miles cold Again.Don't think we will bother again .

I think everyone has experienced tight portions from mcdonalds at some point but this is by far the worst Large" fries I've ever got. Shameful"

The older woman serving on drive thru about 12pm handing food out was very abrupt and quite rude. Did not like her tone at all.

People working night shifts here have some incredible cheek, I don't think I've ever ordered from here and been happy after 12pm. It's like they deliberately mess up orders or leave them top go freezing on purpose knowing that because its through a third party app they hold no liability. Its ridiculous. The manager on shift was rude and just parred me off too delieveroo when it was a issue with the foods temperature, how can the app be responsible for that? I'm actually really upset, over 30 pounds worth of food gone and no replacement at all, most definitely won't be ordering fron here again and I'd recommend that no one else does who's read this.

I took my 4 year old granddaughter here for a treat. Parking was easy once I found the entrance and what direction the one way carpark ran. There is limited seating on the ground floor mist of the seating is up a flight of stairs. I ordered food using the touch screen and selected collect at counter. The food took a while to be served. I ordered a crispy chicken burger the bread roll was dry and as hard as iron. I had to take it back I couldn't eat it. A member of staff apologised and gave me a replacement burger with a large portion of fries. The replacement Burger was much better. I'm glad I complained. The play area for the little ones is tiny but clean and my granddaughter enjoyed it.
